I loved doing a keynote for the young people of YLAA Australia.
I spoke after @wilmassara, founder of the Academy and boy, was he on fire. So I was a little concerned as to how my talk would go down\!
I often wonder when I talk to young people how it will all work out in terms of ‘coolness’ factor, but when I get into it, I remember how accepting they all are! It was just wonderful and I think we connected around the notion that leadership is about trust, respect, care, kindness, dignity, vulnerability and action. We definitely all agreed on that! I got some wonderful feedback and as always, learned so much from them and their responses.
